Come be a part of something truly special!What You Will Do:Establish and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Build, develop, and manage the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation. Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff.  Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements. Conduct quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to review the progress of the program, identify any risks, issues, or concerns, and allow the client to provide feedback on the progress and performance.  Required Skills: At least 10 years of Project Management experience performing the duties outline above with the Federal Government.  Experience managing enterprise level cybersecurity projects.  Experience shaping an effective and operational strategy supporting the client mission.  Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
