Marketing Cloud Consultant

Are you a tech savvy marketer with Marketing Cloud skills and a strategic marketing mind? We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Consultant with a passion for marketing, technology, and strategy to join our team.Media.Monks is a highly respected Global Summit Salesforce Partner (and so much more) specialising in strategy, Salesforce.com technology (Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud ++) and marketing execution. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement Marketing Cloud for clients
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that leverage Marketing Cloud solutions to drive results
  • Optimise Marketing Automation and campaign management processes through email, content, and digital media campaigns
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and provide recommendations on how to use Marketing Cloud technology to meet their goals
  • Lead client-facing presentations, workshops, and demos to showcase the value of Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, technology, and data, to ensure client success
  • Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and marketing best practices to ensure that our clients are always ahead of the curve
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, webinars, and speaking engagements, to build our brand and reputation as a leader in marketing cloud solutions.

The ideal person for this role will have:

  • 1 -3  years of experience in consulting and marketing, with a focus on Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • Minimum Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Marketing, Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer and Marketing Cloud Consultant.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities such as  knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, Mobile Studio, Ad Studio, Marketing Cloud Connector.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS is important for creating and customizing email templates and landing pages within the Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Understanding SQL is crucial for data manipulation and segmentation.
  • AMPScript knowledge essential.
  • Knowledge of additional products such as MC Personalisation (Interaction Studio), MC Intelligence (Datorama) CDP are highly desirable.
  • Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
  • Very organised
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Problem solver
  • Someone who like to always learn. Staying updated with the latest trends and updates in Marketing Cloud is crucial for a Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant. This includes attending webinars, reading documentation, and participating in relevant communities or forums.
