We’re the team you want to be on, and who you want on your team.This makes us an exciting place to work, particularly if you’re entrepreneurial at heart. JOB SUMMARYAn OnPrem Product Manager will provide direction and expertise to drive new product development for client applications by defining features and requirements to address business problems or opportunities.  They will own the product strategic vision, develop roadmaps, and drive the entire development life cycle from concept to launch.  The role will serve as a primary client contact on engagements and manage relationships with extended project team members.  At OnPrem, Managers will engage in a number of different types of business consulting and technology projects ranging from organization and process reviews to IT strategies through implementation of technology solutions and/or recommendations. You will work on a project team of other analysts, consultants and/or senior consultants at a client site.  You may have an opportunity to mentor junior resources.  Although projects vary, you can expect to dive deep into the client business.   OnPrem team members are also expected to participate in the development and growth of the company.  This includes business development.  A Manager at OnPrem is expected to build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities beyond her/his current engagement.  An OnPrem Manager is also expected to help mentor and develop exceptional talent within our firm.  Lastly, OnPrem team members also contribute to other growth areas such as recruiting, strategy, and/or methodology enhancement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience leading software product development teams required. 
• Experience developing Ad Tech solutions which support Audience Sizing, Measurement & Attribution, or Cross Platform Planning
• Experience with both buy side and sell side Ad solutions
• Experience leading the development of B2C and B2B web and mobile applications or similar products in an Agile environment
• Experience optimizing key metrics (CPM, CTR, LTV)
• Experience with limitations from evolving privacy requirements (GDPR, CPPA, ATT) while still providing accurate targeting, attribution and measurement
• Demonstrated success charting strategic product direction, defining user experience, defining and writing requirements, documenting features, leading development teams and ensuring release plans are delivered on time and on budget
• Experience developing and delivering upon a product roadmap
• Experience conducting user testing and feature flagging
• Experience leveraging data to make product decisions and creating visualizations using Product Analytics tools
• Experience with user behavior tracking tools to capture conversion events (e.g. mParticle, MixPanel)Experience leading a team of Product Managers and/or Product Analysts
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, marketing, MIS or other related field
• Agile or Scrum experienced
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, cross-functional resources and business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage delivery of custom development projects based on business requirements
• Clear and effective written and oral communication skills across all levels
• Experience working at a Big 4 consulting company is a plus
• Understanding of technology delivery methodologies
