MacOS Cyber Security Engineer

We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer experienced with the support, engineering, and automation of SASE and EPM technologies for MacOS systems. The ideal candidate should be familiar with information security concepts, be a self-starter who takes initiative, that works well in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Job Description:

The Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology teams. The overall objective of this role is to lead engineering certification efforts for Citi's MacOS Security Agents and MacOS Security Standards. Initially this role is focused on supporting the certification and deployment of Zscaler Prisma SASE and CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager for Citi's MacOS systems. Upon completion of the deployment of these tools the role will continue to support and maintain these products as well support our additional suite of security tools on MacOS.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Technology Lifecycle and certification of ZScaler Prisma SASE and CyberArk EPM for MacOS.
• Evaluate vendor products to deliver a world class security framework for MacOS systems
• Working with various teams and peers to design, document, build, test, and deploy a security framework for MacOS.
• Develop automation and standards enforcement using JAMF.
• Support, maintain, and develop agents, scripts and various tools used to secure Citi’s platforms.
• Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group and in creating a technology domain roadmap
• Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals
• Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements
• Recommend product customizations for system integration
• Identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes
• Exhibit knowledge of how own specialty area contributes to the business and apply knowledge of competitors products and services
• Advise or mentor junior team members
• Impact the engineering function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated self-starter who enjoys engineering challenges, learning new tools, and technology.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with peer security teams in collaborative ways
• Experience deploying SASE Solutions and Endpoint Privilege Management Tools on MacOS
• Understanding of the standard development processes (TDLC/SDLC/ETLC) and development specific tools are a plus
• Knowledge of Scripting and Other Programming Languages like Python, Ruby, Java, Go, C++.
• Experience with automation tools and Vendor products to implement security controls.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree in computer science or a related field or 5 years of equivalent work experience
