About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Security Team Lead with white-hat hacking mindset and proven leadership track record to join us. Your day to day will involve working with teams from all areas of the company to develop security safeguards and countermeasures to protect the financial data we are hosting.

• Oversee the delivery of security services and proactively implement controls
• Work with different teams to help embed best security practices
• Identify and track opportunities to help secure our data, infrastructure and processes
• Lead the security team by helping develop skills and character of your team mates
• Bring your vision to life by creating relatable roadmap and achieving your team’s goal
• Greatly influence the company on best practices

About You

• You enjoy exploiting stuff to find flaws; We're all white-hat hackers poking the box
• You like to get your hands dirty; Troubleshooting, coding, hacking is how we roll
• You leverage cutting edge technology; We run our SaaS using Kubernetes on multi-region across multiple cloud platforms
• You like all aspects of security; Security is a lot more than firewalls and passwords
