We are looking for an experienced ISV Partner Account Manager to join our global account management team. The Integration Partner Account Manager position is responsible for managing these unique strategic relationships and driving our revenue and demand generation activity within a specified set of integration partners.

The ISV Partner Account Manager will work in close collaboration with the brand managers at each partner with the specific objective of increasing Acronis' revenue, customer base, and market share within that partner's business. The ISV Partner Account Manager role is ideal for a top seller with strong strategic and tactical sales management skills. It requires a sales leader who can balance short-term sales activities with long-term strategic initiatives. The impact of decisions and actions taken locally may be felt globally due to the scale of Acronis' largest partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Align with partners to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Acronis' cloud-based solutions.
  • Work effectively across segments (Consumer, Corp, OEM) and lines of business (Platform, Access, Backup, Deployment, Disaster Recovery) to maximize partner revenue potential.
  • Engage with partner executives and conduct quarterly business reviews to strengthen relationships and drive mutual success
  • Set channel incentive targets in line with global guidelines and manage direct partner investments.
  • Plan and oversee marketing execution, ensuring effective utilization of marketing budgets.
  • Conduct regular sales management calls with top partner categories and sales managers, following sales process guidance.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance understanding and develop knowledge of partner businesses.

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • 3+ years of experience managing national and/or global Alliance Partners, with channel sales/account management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven track record of achieving annual revenue targets in partner territories ($2M to $5M+)
  • Ability to engage with executives, line managers, individual sellers, marketers, and specialists within partner organizations
  • Proficient in Channel Sales forecasting and modeling, as well as developing, implementing, executing, and managing annual channel partner business plans.
  • Personal and business ethics along with excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 25% of the time
