The office is a growing tech hub of Farfetchers from our Infrastructure and Data teams.THE ROLEWe're looking for an Identity & Access Management Engineer to be part of our IAM team, a new team inside the Security Department. Your role will involve design, development and support the Identity & Access Management at Farfetch. This means you'll work with different partners, systems engineering, developers, HR, application owners and auditors, creating functional, scalable and secure IAM operations in a diverse and rich technological environment. You will report to the IAM Team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop, test, implement and maintain new connectors
• Create, maintain and improve workflows
• Support and maintain IAM environment treating tickets and incidents
• Customize the user interface (UI), email templates, certification campaigns, forms and rules
• Lead in complex problem investigations and solution development for mitigation and prevention of future recurrence by means of process, procedure, or tools improvements
• Design/Develop prototype of reviews and reporting
• Document developed features
• Support audit and risk assessments by providing evidences either manually or through automation

WHO YOU ARE

• A graduate of a program in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• +3 years in a similar position or in a IAM team
• A person with experience in IAM tools (Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Sailpoint IdentityNow, IBM Security/Tivoli Identity Manager, One Identity, CA Identity Manager, Omada Identity Suite, ForgeRock, NetIQ Identity Manager, Oracle IAM, Okta etc)
• Well-founded experience with Identity LifeCycle Management, Provisioning and Certification process
• Working knowledge of scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python and Java
• 2 years experience with Source Code management in Git
• Experience in configuration, development, and usage of Web Services APIs REST and SOAP (JSON/XML/RPC/HTTP).
• Understanding of identity & authentication standards/protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, FIDO2)
• Experience with Agile methodology Scrum or Kanban
• Team player with collaboration skills
• Experience in Active Directory and LDAP
• Experience managing semi-related authentication and access platforms is an advantage (SSO, MFA), Azure AD or GCP Identity Management, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, and PAM/PIM solution is an advantage
• Advanced english skills
