LEAD, MENTOR AND DEVELOP A DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT AND A TEAM OF ANALYSTS TO SHAPE COMPANY'S MODELING AND UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMERS' USE OF COMPANY'S SERVICES. LEAD AND GUIDE COMPANY'S PRODUCT AND MARKETING LEADERS TO MAKE THEM GAIN DEEPER INSIGHT INTO THE BUSINESS AND MAKE DECISIONS IN ACCORDANCE. COMMUNICATE COMPLEX IDEAS AND TELL A DATA STORY WITH THE AID OF DATA VISUALIZATION. TURN COMPLEX FINDINGS AND RESULTS INTO A COMPELLING NARRATIVE AND INFLUENCE BUSINESS OUTCOMES. DRIVE INSIGHTS ABOUT CUSTOMERS THROUGHOUT THEIR LIFECYCLE WITH COMPANY. DEFINE AND MAINTAIN A CUSTOMER HEALTH SCORE, PROVIDING INSIGHTS ON CUSTOMER CHURN AND CUSTOMER RETENTION. BUILD AND MANAGE MODELS TO PREDICT POTENTIAL CHURN AND WORK CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY TO HELP CUSTOMERS GET MORE VALUE FROM PRODUCT SUITE.
