About the Role

The Compliance & Risk team under the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) umbrella. The team is focused on providing advisory, consulting, certification and governance services to help our company continue to move fast and scale while maintaining security and achieving compliance obligations. We work cross-functionally to really understand our business partners, customer needs, and potential risks, then design policies, metrics, and compliance programs to help meet the obligations. 

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
  • Partner with security to develop security policies and training programs
  • Collaborate with security, engineering, IT, and partner risk functions to design, implement, and perform periodic testing of controls
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external audits, including providing evidence of compliance
  • Consult on various projects and product features to provide appropriate recommendations based on impacting obligations & risks
  • Create process documentation, including workflows, process maps, & controls
  • Perform vendor and enterprise risk assessments and recommend appropriate action
  • Design and provide periodic reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to security risks and controls
We’re excited about you because…
  • 5+ years of experience with IT audit and/ or IT risk management, including enterprise risk
  • 3+ years of experience designing and managing technical compliance programs using frameworks such as NIST Cyber Security, ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and/or HIPAA
  • Solid understanding of how to design automated processes and code scripts or small applications
  • Solid understanding of how systems work, what security risks affect a variety of data types, applications, and infrastructure
  • Experience solving complex, systemic issues that require creative thinking and solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you are able to easily translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
  • A Bachelor’s degree in an information systems or business related topic from an accredited college/ university or foreign equivalent
  • CISA, CISSP, or other industry certifications are a plus

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below.  Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.  For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.  Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
