Field CISO - Western US
The Field CISO is responsible for executive relationship building with customer CISOs, customer security executives, and other similar roles in customer organizations. This role will focus on evangelizing the value a Cohesity solution can bring to the customer organization as it relates to specific security frameworks that customers have implemented (NIST, ISO27001, etc). You will primarily focus on the top accounts and prospects across the Cohesity portfolio. Day to day activities range from pitching the vision and value of Cohesity, to targeted talks focused on aspects of implemented frameworks where Cohesity can be instrumental in protecting and remediating environments from security events.
In collaboration with many cross-functional teams, the Field CISO will help promote and strategize with Product Management, Engineering, and other various technical overlay teams to help feature and product ideation. Cross-functional collaboration between Product Teams, Engineering, Marketing will be key to help Cohesity define, hone, and perfect the evolving story of how Cohesity helps customers ensure the security of their data-of-last-resort.
The Field CISO position will be part of a global organization but cover a large section of territory, but focused on top-tier accounts in their respective Geo. As permitted, travel to these customer sites will be required. You will also collaborate with similar roles across the globe to form unified messaging and unified collaboration.
