Our culture is open, welcoming, collaborative, and passionately focussed on our customers' success.Our Enterprise Channel Managers build and implement channel sales strategies, together with our Strategic Account Management teams and Solution Partners. They help guide customer success and adoption for our largest global accounts through close collaboration with Solution Partners. As part of this team, we want you to be a partner to the Account Managers and a member of the account teams. You will work within a territory comprised of named accounts, and will work in close relations with partners that are engaged at these accounts.Your future teamAs an Enterprise Channel Manager you will report to our EMEA Enterprise Channel Director. You will join an experienced team, who shares a desire to hit our OKRs, but above all believe in the Atlassian values, and use them as a compass to lead the development of our Enterprise sales motion.

What you'll do

    • Drive customer value by delivering and integrating partner expertise into sales cycle activities and to account teams and customers, facilitating solution selling
    • Orchestrate end-to-end co-sell motions with the Go To Market and Partner Management teams
    • Grow our enterprise footprint through programs or deal engagements
    • Lead EMEA Global Systems Integrator deal engagements
    • Lead and contribute to important Enterprise programs across the EMEA channel team
    • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with other Atlassian teams

Your background

    • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, channel sales, or solution selling experience at software companies focused on Digital Transformation, PPM, ERP, BI, or other similar enterprise solutions
    • Excellent understanding of how to position, sell, and negotiate value
    • Enterprise partner relationship management and solution development skills
    • Experience driving collaboration across departments and geographies
    • Comfortable communicating and influencing with executive audiences, and technology evaluation and procurement teams
    • Business development mindset, looking into the unknown and challenging status quo
    • Program execution skills
    • Fluency in French required
    • Experience working with the French market
