Description

In support to the Cyber Security Fusion Center (CSFC) mission, the CSFC Global Cyber Threat Exercise Team is responsible for preparing our executives for a potential cyber bad day through tabletop exercises. This in turn protects the Citi brand, global business operations, technology infrastructure and client trust against cyber threats worldwide. In order to achieve the above results, this position will be responsible for the below functions:Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to create and facilitate cyber tabletop exercises along with development of post-exercise report

  • Support and coordinate participation in external industry cyber exercises

  • Observe live incidents to incorporate lessons learned into exercise design and planning

  • Engagement with executives in the APAC region and globally to understand priorities to be incorporated in exercise design

Qualifications:

  • A minimum 5-10 years hands on experience within the field of Cyber Exercise Design, Cyber Readiness, Cyber Governance

  • Established problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze information

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to brief, document and explain details to business executives

  • Strong understanding of information security requirements, policies, regulations, and resilience

  • General understanding of incident response and project management

  • Must be able to keep an open mind to pivot quickly between activities based on changing priorities

  • Ability to understand client, stakeholder needs and translating that into service

  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm

  • Self-driven professional who is passionate about delivering excellence

  • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently with little oversight.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
