Contracts and Compliance Manager

The Contracts and Compliance Manager is responsible for managing all assigned contractual, commercial and compliance projects undertaken by the Legal Team at ExtraHop. This role involves a combination of contract management, ensuring that contracts are effectively administered and risks are mitigated (both Sales and Procurement), and compliance management, leading projects that formalize and administer compliance programs in several areas, including privacy, general corporate, security, and intellectual property.Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, contracts, and amendments with customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all contractual terms and conditions are clear and aligned with Company policies and objectives.
  • Maintain contract management system for tracking and monitoring contract performance.
  • Identify potential risks in contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to resolve contract-related disputes and claims.
  • Evaluate and process contract amendments or variations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of compliance program policies and standards.
  • Administer various compliance programs, such as privacy impact assessments, IP portfolio management, and supplier risk assessments. 
  • Assist with meeting the strategic objectives of the Compliance & Ethics Program, including execution of risk assessment activities, coordination of risk response and program testing and validation.
  • Identify key business processes, perform evaluations of risk, assesses the effectiveness of controls and promote improvement across the organization.
  • Providing direct support to first-line data users in Marketing, HR, and Product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, R&D, HR, and Marketing.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on compliance program initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all Company activities.
  • Promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in contract management within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, contract law, and project management principles.

  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
  • Project management and administration experience.
  • Familiarity with international contracts is a plus.

$96,000- $123,000 + benefits+ options
