The Communication Specialist is part of the Operational Excellence team, in Sales, responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of current internal communication initiatives, defining an internal communication strategy within Sales organization aligned to Acronis strategy, drive the strategy implementation and engagement within Sales organization, promotes bidirectional communication among managers, functional leaders and sales representatives, coordinates multiple internal communication initiatives. The Communication Specialist acts as a center of excellence concerning all communication management relevant topics in the target organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Helps create a best-in-class internal communications function across Sales that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture
• Develops and implements an effective internal communication strategy for Sales organization
• Develops communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, videos, infographics, Zoom and other platforms, town halls, small group meetings, etc.) to articulate key messages.
• Ensures communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate and integrated with Sales priorities
• Coordinates internal communication flow inside Sales organization
• Ensure content and communications are delivered to sales organization in a timely manner using internal tools as the vehicle for delivery
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and functional leaders to understand impacts of projects and changes to sales reps, what is coming, and when, and plan the communication accordingly
• Evaluates and reports the effectiveness of communication strategies
• Manage content calendar for all Sales platforms and ensure process consistency
• Prepares, communicates and reviews Communication KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the departments’ objectives.
• Continuously improve the activity by capturing and analyzing the appropriate trends, insights and best practices.
• Utilize measurement tools to drive agent productivity improvements
• Meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and maintain strong attention to detail to meet organizational objectives and quality measures
• Partner with Systems and other key stakeholders on implementing new communication technologies and optimizing existing channels

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or business-related fields
• 5 years communications and/or content experience
• Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience
• A successful track record developing and implementing innovative corporate communications campaigns using a broad array of tactics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation design skills and comfort with PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Highly positive personality and enthusiasm for networking across all levels of the organization, across geographies and partner content and communications teams
• Experience connecting previously unconnected dots, absorbing complex concepts, and creating concise narratives across various media
• Ability to build a strategic communications plan using both a stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis as a foundation, and implement against it in a fast-changing environment
• Ability to self-start, be flexible, and prioritize on a day-to-day basis, as well as handle rolling deadlines and last-minute requests and changes
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• A focus on measurement, employee feedback and data driven approach towards constant improvement and refinement of programs
