Join our growing team and make a difference!Halvik is looking for an accomplished Business Program Manager (BPM) to expand our market presence and provide account management to our Government customers.  The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of current trends and emerging technologies in the Federal Civilian professional services and IT market. This is a highly visible position requiring a  record of success in growing new business and expanding current engagements. The BPM will interact with various practice teams, Business Development, and Project stakeholders, including government personnel and customer agency representatives.    Role and Responsibilities:Experienced in planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and leading activities, conducting kick-off meetings, developing project management plans, managing schedules, resources, coordinate reporting, and facilitating stakeholder communications.Organize, compose, and brief capture strategies/plans to corporate leadership, including win strategies, teaming competitive assessments, and pricing strategies.Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought (SS).Experienced in qualifying and hiring resources to build successful teamsKnowledge and experience in the project and program management processes with institutional capability mapping, planning, investment, and project performance measurement Excellent communication, presentation and articulation skills.Monitoring the progress of program components to ensure the overall goals, schedules, budgets, and benefits of the program will be metFacilitating and coordinating regular program/project reviews with staff and leadership to ensure consistent reporting and visibility of progressJob Requirements Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience, a minimum of 2 years of experience managing or coordinating projects for the Federal Government is requiredPrevious experience working with cross-functional teams such as ServiceDesk, Business, Applications, Cybersecurity and InfrastructureExperienced in qualifying and hiring resources to build successful teamsAbility to foresee risks affecting the project and put in place mitigation strategiesExcellent communication, presentation and articulation skills.Halvik offers a competitive full benefits package including:Company-supported medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD insuranceBenefits include 10 federal holidays and PTO.401(k) with company matchingFlexible Spending Accounts for commuter, medical, and dependent care expensesTuition AssistanceCharitable Contribution matchingTo comply with the guidance provided by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force (Task Force) for Federal Contractors and Subcontractors, Halvik is requiring COVID-19 vaccinations for all their employees except where an employee is legally entitled to an accommodation. Halvik Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
