Job Opportunity : Citrix System Administration II : Night Shift

Implement, and manage products/solutions for Rackspace Hosted and Remotely Managed Citrix environments.  Manage L2 escalations for all Citrix related products. Responsible for identifying and solving technical issues related to the Citrix solution. Candidate must be able to troubleshoot all issues related to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. Candidate must have knowledge about Win10 , Server 2019 OS and above. Candidate must know how to troubleshoot issues related to database server, application server, Web server. Working on tickets and giving fanatical experience to customer and end users. Highly proficient with XenApp and XenDesktop 7.19 LTSR and Later versions. Experience in Citrix DAAS is highly recommended . Candidate must know functionality of AD GPO / DNS / DHCP. Candidate must be proficient on Master Image management and must have basic knowledge in Azure .  Good knowledge of Citrix ADC/Netscaler is added benefit. Candidate must have basic understanding of Provisioning technologies such as PVS and MCS. Candidate shall be able to coordinate with other Operations/App Services team members regarding deployment and ongoing maintenance of new systems and solutions. About Rackspace TechnologyWe are the multicloud solutions experts.
