Job Opportunity : Citrix System Administration I : Night Shift

Manage L1 tickets for all Citrix related products. Responsible for identifying and solving technical issues related to the Citrix solution. Candidate must be able to troubleshoot all issues related to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. Candidate must have knowledge about Win10 , Server 2019 OS , O365, Teams, Outlook. Working on tickets and giving fanatical experience to customer and end users. Well verse with ITIL framework. Proficient with XenApp and XenDesktop 7.19 LTSR and Later versions. Shall be able to manage reset user sessions/profiles Escalate ticket to next level, monitor and check Citrix alerts. Shall know Citrix Director in depth. Candidate must know basics of AD GPO / DNS / DHCP. Understanding of PVS and MCS is added advantage. Candidate shall be able to coordinate with other Operations/App Services team members About Rackspace TechnologyWe are the multicloud solutions experts.
