<p>JFrog Security is one of the main pillars of the JFrog offering and long term strategy. We are pushing the boundaries of security analysis of both binaries and code, shifting left and bringing new and exciting features to both developers and DevOps. We are looking for a hands-on Software Security Engineer to join an innovative and talented R&amp;D team. <li>Perform proof-of-concept researches for implementing security features</li>

<li>For example - static detection of exposed passwords with minimal false positives</li>

<h5><strong>As an Application Security Researcher at JFrog you will…</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Evaluate code to ensure they are free from potential vulnerabilities and security risks</li>
<li>Execute internal Penetration Tests for JFrog products and services</li>
<li>Continuously assess and challenge JFrog’s overall security posture to ensure optimal and up-to-date platform security in our products and systems</li>
<li>Manage the mitigation of external vulnerability scans and penetration testing, and review vendor quality and effectiveness</li>
<li>Triage the Bug Bounty Project reports and work with external researchers</li>
</ul>
<h5><strong>To be an </strong><strong>Application Security Researcher</strong><strong> at JFrog you need…</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>2 years hands-on experience as a Web Pentester or Application Security Engineering role</li>
<li>Strong understanding of common web application security attacks and their remediation</li>
<li>Coding skills, preferably in Golang, Java, and NodeJS</li>
<li>Experience with cloud environments (AWS and GCP preferred) - an advantage</li>
<li>Experience with microservices (Docker, K8S, Service Mesh) - an advantage</li>

Application Security Researcher - Security Academy

<p>We are looking for an experienced white hat vulnerability researcher to join the JFrog Security team to focus on researching cloud services and web applications. As a vulnerability researcher, you will perform research and penetration tests on proprietary/open-source software and real-world infrastructures. Research conclusions will be used to fuel the JFrog Xray security scanner and JFrog publications.</p>
<p>As part of the JFrog security team, you will be one step ahead of the industry as you encounter and tackle the latest and greatest vulnerabilities while providing valuable reports to allow our customers to protect themselves.</p>

<li>Develop PoC exploits for zero-day and public software vulnerabilities</li>
<li>Produce technical reports on zero-day issues and other security-related hot topics</li>
</ul>
<h5><strong>To be a Cloud Vulnerability Researcher in JFrog you need...</strong> </h5>
<ul>
<li>3+ years with non-binary code exploitation (ex. Webapp or backend pentesting)</li>
<li>1+ year of experience performing binary code exploitation and reverse engineering</li>
<li>Experience in writing technical documents</li>
<li>Vulnerability research experience in the following languages: Python, Node.JS, Golang, Java- An Advantage</li>
<li>DevSecOps experience -An Advantage</li>
