Job summaryAs a TPM in CLS, you work on a team of security engineers, software developers, and technical program managers. You will interpret and triage vulnerability disclosures, collaborate with subject matter experts across the InfoSec organization, and be the point of contact for our customers and partners when it comes to vulnerability management in our Fulfillment Centers. This role will provide opportunities to show bias for action, ownership, and customer obsession. If you enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment and influencing directly the security posture of a large global organization, this position will provide you with a challenging opportunity.Key job responsibilitiesWorks with the cross functional team to ensure roadmap priorities meet customer needs and facilitate the implementation of the programmatic solutions.Create, own, and track work streams during large-scale remediation or triage campaignsManage security initiatives and drive activities including coordination of detailed functional plans, communication with key stakeholders, issue resolution, and reporting metrics / KPIs. Create awareness of cross-functional inter-dependencies and establish prioritization for plan execution to minimize disruption on daily operations.Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information.Act as Scrum Master for the Engineers. Collaborate with the business/customer, Engineering, and other internal teams to scope and deliver security initiatives. Organize the team’s administrative needs using Agile/Kanban best practices. Manage expectations, project scope, requests, and schedule with multiple stakeholders. Foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize conflicting views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus).Proactively solve day-to-day strategic and technical challenges. Proactively identify risks and bring them to the attention of our Engineers and stakeholders with plans for mitigation before they become roadblocks.Have a moderate understanding of the cybersecurity threats and risks the business/customer faces.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Computer Science (or related field)* Minimum 3+ years of experience in program management in a technical field, applying program management best practices and delivering quality releases on schedule* Minimum 2 year of experience in vulnerability scanning solutions and vulnerability management* Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT systems and networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model and TCP/IP* Experience affecting change across complex environments* Executive-level written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive security decisions · Experience generating automated metrics to measure service and program risk, effectiveness and consistency · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences · Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques · An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive innovation independentlyAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
