Position Summary 

The IT Compliance Analyst supports daily activities of the program, included but not limited to: development, implementation, documentation/maintenance of policies and procedures, monitoring program compliance, investigation and tracking of incidents and breaches and insuring compliance with federal laws. 

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Will contribute to defining, developing, implementing, maintenance of policies and processes, to enable consistent and effective practices that minimize risk and ensure the compliance across all media types
  • Works closely with Legal, Security and Risk Counsel, Software Development, Product, Information Security, and Marketing teams
  • Contribute to the continued development and improvement of all aspects of Ivanti’s Compliance and Audit program
  • Enhancement of internal policies and procedures through gap assessments, etc
  • Monitoring of compliance and audit program performance, compliance levels of internal and third-parties, conduct compliance training, etc
  • Monitor compliance of third parties with legal, regulatory, customer required privacy obligations
  • Part of the team to respond to potential data incidents
  • Deliver educational materials and training, assess educational compliance
  • Administer and support online compliance system, prepare for and facilitate compliance assessments in accordance to privacy laws in the United States and European Union
  • Must have in depth knowledge of Federal industry security and privacy compliance requirements.  Apply knowledge to conduct assessments, requirements gathering for FedRAMP, ISO27001, Section 508, HIPAA, GDPR, SSAE18, CCPA, RFP/RFQ and Common Criteria

Required Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • 5 years of professional experience 
  • Strong knowledge and interest in emerging technologies 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated capability to work in a team environment, resolve conflict, and advocate strongly without giving offense
  • Ability to work independently and to have the ability to prioritize conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast-paced environment. 
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and strong work ethic 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a technical or security field
