What You’ll Do
Lead and program manage the development and release to manufacturing for firewalls. The Program Manager is responsible for managing the product lifecycle from concept commit to market launch. You will work with Product Management, Engineering, Hardware, Sales, Marketing, and others and will lead a cross functional team to deliver new products. This also includes supporting and tracking regulatory and other government/security certifications. You will be accountable to meet time to market requirements, product cost targets, yield goals, and volume ramp plans.

You are an authority in the development lifecycle and manufacturing of hardware appliances in the network security field. You are a leader who steers a cross functional team to achieve a common set of goals. You possess:
- Extraordinary program management skills with ability to work with all levels of an organization.
- Deep experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results by identifying and aligning to shared goals, priorities, and dedications. Able to hold peers, partners, and yourself accountable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and partnerships to achieve common goals.
- Understanding of firewall products, supply chain, manufacturing, and hardware development methodologies.
- Knowledge of certification programs such as FIPS, Common Criteria, DoDIN and CSfC.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to lead teams to solve complex technical and business problems.
- Ability to establish third party contracts and manage outsourced activities as necessary to meet project timelines.
- Ability to influence key partners, senior leaders, and external partners.
- Ability to establish repeatable processes to optimize the delivery of future products.
- Desire to drive continuous improvement.
Our Minimum Qualifications for This Role
10+ years minimum experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or product development
5+ years of Program Management experience
3+ years of experience with program management SW tools such as Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, etc.
BA/BS degree in a technical discipline
Experience working on new product introductions with manufacturers, suppliers, and product development teams.
Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence/JIRA, and Agile PLM preferred.
PMP Certification a plus
Compensation varies based on location and work being performed. The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $137,637 – 232,942 for annual base salary. Employees may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and commissions. The successful candidate’s actual pay will also be based on qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
