What the role is:

As a member of the People Operations HCM Technology team, the Sr. HRIS, Configuration, Integration & Security Specialist will be responsible in executing the global strategy, design, deployment, and management of the HR Technology portfolio. The Sr. HRIS, Configuration, Integration & Security Specialist with be the Workday SME with hands-on technical expertise for HRIS and will help lead and execute a technology roadmap that balances the strategic and operational needs of HR. In this role, the Sr. HRIS, Configuration, Integration & Security Specialist will partner with key business partners throughout the organization. Additionally, the incumbent will help drive the developing and maintaining substantial analytics to help make business decisions.

What you'll do:

  • Execute the strategy for all HRIS related initiatives and priorities.
  • Lead and manage complex HRIS related projects in support of the strategic and operational goals of the People & Experience organization.
  • Own and lead regression test plan for future releases for the following modules: core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Workforce / Headcount Planning, Integrations, Security, and etc.
  • Research and provide recommendations to leadership on new technologies that could be utilized to improve service center effectiveness and the customer experience.
  • Analyze, design and build new custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Design and maintain security matrix for Workday HCM.
  • Partner with leaders throughout the organization to understand business requirements and needs.
  • Work closely with all Centers of Excellence to ensure all core HR and business processes are embedded in the HCM; maintain their ongoing design, configuration and deployment, i.e. in Workday, Oracle
  • Implement and support all vendors interfaces with Workday, i.e. Benefits, 401k, GL (NetSuite), I9/E-Verify, Background / Drug Screening, Commuter, Slack, and custom solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation of HCM training materials for the organization to drive high adoption rate.
  • Support and maintain existing HR Technology landscape, i.e. BambooHR, Greenhouse, and Lattice.
  • Collaborate on special projects as assigned.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology Management or other related area of study.
  • Minimum of 6 years technical work experience in an enterprise HCM product: Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ceridian Dayforce, and ADP Enterprise/Streamline.
  • Functional / Technical Knowledge in HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, Workforce/Headcount planning, and Security.
  • Ability to handle stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Self-driven, with a sense of ownership of work product and accountability.
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred - Minimum of one major HCM technology global rollout, owning and leading a team in implementing Workday HCM technology.
  • Preferred - Workday HCM Certified.
