SharePoint & Power Platform Developer / Consultant

At AnaVation, we provide unmatched value to our customers and employees through innovative solutions and an engaging culture. *This is a 1099 Consultant Position*AnaVation, LLC is seeking a SharePoint Developer Consultant to be part of a team of Corporate IT architects and administrators creating applications, workflows, BI solutions, and migrations within Microsoft SharePoint Online and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate brings hands-on development experience and a problem-solving mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow in an idea-nurturing environment. Work location is in Chantilly, VA but is a hybrid remote / on-site support role.

Required Qualifications

• The ideal candidate brings hands-on development experience and a problem-solving mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative idea-nurturing environment
• Experience creating and/or implementing graphical design for corporate SharePoint site branding
• Experience with workflow development using out-of-the-box SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Lists and most standard M365 capabilities
• Experience with SharePoint Hub and Spoke site design
• Proven ability to participate in the analysis of IT and business requirements and issues
• Proven experience to indicate a record of information security awareness
• 5 years of experience working on IT software/application support and development
• 2 years of professional experience supporting technology delivery to commercial or government clients
• Bachelors Degree in related field (or equivalent years of experience)
• Familiarity with the differences between Commercial and GCC HIGH Azure/O365 preferred

Responsibilities

• Hybrid remote / onsite working environment
• Develop standardized branding and templates for Hub and Spoke Corporate Internal SharePoint and sites and Document Libraries
• Custom solution development using SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, & Lists
• Creation of flexible applications leveraging Power Apps and the entire Power Platform
• Automation of Business Processes using SharePoint Online capabilities and Power Automate
• Planning, creation, configuration, customization, checks, and remedy of issues related to SharePoint Sites and user requirements
• Creation of dashboards/Business Intelligence based on key performance indicators using Power BI
• Site branding and management of site collection permissions
• User training, provisioning, and management of SharePoint sites and Power Platform applications
• Support for M365 and SharePoint Online in a Microsoft Azure GCC HIGH environment
