ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Arctic Wolf is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the definition and delivery of new endpoint monitoring capabilities as part of our Managed Detection and Response offering.

Working with an exceptional team of software engineers, and architects, this PO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining our core endpoint detection and response capabilities, gathering detailed requirements, and collaborating with the product teams to facilitate our service driven approach to product development.

Ideal candidates for this role are passionate about building enterprise security products, are committed to keeping customers secure, and are excited about working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Candidates will have experience building or operating security products and services, such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) or Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP) and be comfortable using standardized frameworks such as the MITRE ATT&CK framework.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Define and execute on Arctic Wolf's EDR and overall Security Operations vision

· Define and execute on the EDR integrations roadmap

· Create and measure metrics to gauge success of EDR integration features and capabilities

· Work with architects and engineers to plan system interfaces and features

· Be the product owner within the engineering teams, maintaining backlog and be the requirements owner

· Work closely with R&D to groom backlogs and execute against the roadmap

· Work closely with our Security Services teams to ensure they are represented within the integration aspects of the product creation process

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the business & product strategy

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· 3+ years' experience with endpoint security products or services (EPP/EDR) in a Product Owner/Product management or technical leadership role

· Experience in defining platform and technical requirements, especially for multiple teams

· Working Knowledge of IaaS technologies such as AWS, Azure or GCP is highly desired

· Experience is SaaS or service-oriented environments is highly desired

· Accomplished in aspects of product management (agile development, design review, backlog management, roadmap creation, specification, project management, data analysis etc.)

· Experience leading technical teams, you are comfortable writing requirements

· Comfortable operating in fast paced environments

· Exceptional communication skills, both technical and non-technical

· Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN’s Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AWN business information.

· Background checks are required for this position
