What you'll get to do...

As a Senior Manager in GoDaddy Information Security’s Enterprise & Infrastructure Security organisation, you will be charged with building and leading an India-based team reinforcing GoDaddy's network security, vulnerability management, and endpoint security functions.

The ideal candidate will have previously proven the ability to partner with US-based teams to deliver shared outcomes. The candidate will also have a rich Network Security background and be able to make contributions as a Principal Network Security Engineer.

• Lead the Governance & Accountability pillar of our network security strategy, including developing a risk framework and implementing processes and technologies for assessing, executing, and auditing network configuration and security changes
• Partner with our Vulnerability Management Lead and provide regular management of vulnerability management engineers supporting GoDaddy’s VM program based out of India
• Collaborate with our Endpoint Security Manager and provide day-to-day management of India-based endpoint security engineers supporting our Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) capability
• Partner with Security Operations and Incident Response to ensure your team’s readiness to assist in response to security incidents
• Foster collaboration and self-organisation within the team by adopting agile development practices. Contribute to org strategy and roadmap and use your profound understanding of team velocity to facilitate prioritisation discussion with leadership

Your experience should include...

• 10+ years of Network security domain expertise, and a deep understanding of network routing, switching, access control, and threat detection in a large-scale service provider environment
• Strong leadership and proven track record to deliver outcomes across time zones
• Superb communication and, interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences from early careers to senior leadership
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust networking and architectures, including network micro-segmentation
• Threat modeling and cybersecurity risk assessment
• Vulnerability management, including external attack surface management and minimization
• Modern endpoint protection technologies, like EDR
• Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Agile development such as Scrum or Kanban

You might also have...

• Degree in the relevant field of study
• Relevant certifications like CISSP or CCNA
