The Senior Frontend Developer will work within a research and development team to improve existing and build brand new Acronis products. The role will be to lead the development of innovative technologies such as proactive data protection from cyber threats, application-aware and cloud-to-cloud backup, vulnerability and patch management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You will work within a growing research and development team to improve existing and build brand new Acronis products.
• You will play an important role in development of innovative data protection and security solutions, focusing on UI part of the product. You will create clean, simple and easy to use interfaces that users love.
• You will also conduct lot of research and solve a wide variety of problems that have been never solved before. Ideally, you are a detail-oriented, self-motivated and enjoy dealing with challenging problems.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• At least 3-5+ years of experience in the field of frontend development
• Highly proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript languages, including its syntax and features
• Strong understanding of the Vue.js framework and its core principles
• Working experience with Electron js
• Good knowledge of Functional Programming Principles, OOP, SOLID and design patterns
• Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code
• Familiarity with automated JavaScript/TypeScript testing, specifically testing frameworks such as Jest
• Proficiency with modern development tools, like Babel, Webpack, and Git
• Knowledge of React, Angular
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally in a team environment
