Senior Cyber Security Analyst (50-100722)

What You'll DoWe are seeking a Sr. Cyber Security Analyst for one of our contracts that offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission is to support the Intelligence Community through numerous services including EVSS, HBSS, Cloud, SIEM, Network management, Incident Response, Threat Analyst, ELK, Development and IA. Come join our diverse and growing team with lots of opportunities! 

Key Technologies

• Oversees the development, review and consolidation of the Cyber Operations Squadron (COS) standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Initiates and maintains After Action Reports (AARs) to maintain operational continuity
• Manages the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) documentation by developing and reviewing it annually or upon major change requirements
• Provides knowledge management of all COS records
• Performs administrative actions in an effort to organize COS documents and e-mail groups

Required Qualifications

• Technical knowledge on how to implement and follow COS informational material.
• Experience working with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Experience working with cyber operations and security architecture
• Strong time management and multitasking skills as well as attention to detail as we well as strong collaborative skills and proven ability to work in a diverse team of security professionals.
• IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with custom visualization such as Kibana
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related field with 5+ years experience OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related field with 8+ years of experience.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with information security practices, networks, software, and hardware
• Experience working with cyber operations and security architecture
