By joining the Tech team, you’ll be an integral part of building our all-in-one business management platform.About the role:We have a strong governance, and cyber risk culture within MYOB which you promote. The team improves enterprise-wide cyber risk management and compliance practices. You will facilitate risk assessments throughout the organisation and provide input to the cyber strategy.In this role, you will be required to manage a team of GRC professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team delivers high-quality work and achieve agreed goals.Working within the Security function, you will be a key member of our team. You will support our most critical client-facing products by leading all aspects of security risk, communicating with senior management, and ensuring the process and tools are effective. We prioritise accurate security decision-making and provide team members with the tools and resources to strengthen the culture of security and compliance throughout the organisation. The position will manage the processes for design, implementation, training, monitoring and evaluation in support of the company's Information Security Policy, and its core values and to prevent and detect violations of policy. The skills you'll need:We want someone who can demonstrate prior experience in Cyber GRC functions, particularly in inspiring change through a clear understanding of risk. Ideally, you will have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
