You won’t regret it.The Senior Cloud Voice Systems Engineer is responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.  You will remotely design, program, and provision Cloud Based Phone Systems and Advanced Applications such as Contact Center and Call Recording. You will remotely preform service-based repair calls and provide remote technical support to Marco Cloud Voice Clients. You are responsible for management, administration, and integration of products, services, and applications related to Marco’s Cloud Voice offerings.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Design, program, and provision Cloud Voice products, services, and applications for new and existing customers
    • Assist in new Cloud Voice cutovers and be available for post cut support
    • Integrate and/or consolidate servers and services between different client business units and technologies
    • Configure, Test, and Document new products and services for Marco’s Cloud Voice offerings
    • Provide mentoring and training for Cloud Voice Team
    • Provide technical support and remote help desk services for Cloud Voice Communications systems including PBXs, Voicemail, Contact Center, Call Recording, Collaboration tools, etc. 
    • Review client environments and make technical/process recommendations for improving efficiency, performance, or reliability
    • Assist internal parties with questions related to Cloud Voice environments, functionality, solutions, etc.
    • Plan and manage service-related work independently and meet project deadlines
    • Maintain accurate client-specific documentation 
    • Develop and follow Marco best practices and operational procedures and create visual and written documentation
    • Stay current in all relevant certification paths and stay up to date on new cloud voice offerings
    • Accurately maintain documentation and comply with service administrative procedures in a timely basis

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience or equivalent experience
    • Current high level industry recognized certifications including the following: Call Control, Voicemail, Unified Communications and Call Center 
    • WEBEX Calling and WEBEX Contact Center experience required
    • CUCM/Unity Connection/Expressway/Unified Border Element(CUBE) experience preferred
    • Microsoft Teams Calling experience preferred
    • Powershell Scripting experience preferred
