What Will You Do?

• Identify testing environment needs and tools and support their deployment.
• Deliver QA automation through the development of custom automation frameworks and supporting scripts.
• Build test automation infrastructure foundational to all Bolster products.
• Develop strategy and technical implementation for stress and performance testing.
• Track performance metrics and evaluate regressions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a post-academic cloud-based software environment
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, distributed systems, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis
• Understand and advocate principles of good software design and documentation through code review, style and guideline definition, and technical mentorship
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline

Bonus Points

• Experience in building high performing APIs
• Experience with integrating payment systems like Stripe
• Experience with containers
• Experience with NoSQL databases ( ElasticSearch, Cassandra etc)
