The Team:

Our Global information security organization is responsible for security and trust. We think security-offensively and defensively. We continuously monitor our global security posture and are always adapting to the ever changing threat landscape. 

The Role:

At Celonis, we believe that trust in our security, governance, and compliance is critical. Our Trust team ensures that our people, platforms, and data remain secure from all forms of harm. As an Analyst, you will contribute to our team’s efforts to acquire and maintain industry certifications and collaborate directly with various teams across the company to work quickly and securely. You will help to implement a broad set of compliance capabilities and lead efforts to provide transparency to customers, prospects and other stakeholders. This role is focused on our Public Sector & FedRAMP team. 

The work you’ll do:

  • Support the implementation effort to attain and maintain a FedRAMP ATO for Celonis by advising internal teams on technical implementation strategies aligning with the FedRAMP requirements.
  • Manage Continuous Monitoring projects, including documentation reviews and updates, risk reviews and POA&M maintenance, attending meetings with the PMO and Agency sponsor
  • Document how solutions satisfy compliance controls (and inversely translate compliance controls to direct SME or department involvement)
  • Contribute to and monitor Policy and Standards 
  • Contribute to drafting, scheduling, and monitoring of audits

The qualifications you need:

  • 2+ years experience auditing, advising, implementing, or managing a FedRAMP Moderate or higher environment. Knowledge of SOC, PCI, ISO27001, HIPAA, HiTRUST, and/or SOX is a plus.
  • 2+ years general project management experience
  • Analytical thinker that is detail oriented and has the ability to work efficiently with minimal direction and/or oversight as well as part of multiple project teams simultaneously 
  • Understanding of the FedRAMP Authorization process
  • Ability to operate in a cross-matrixed organization with multiple partner teams and initiatives
  • Familiarity with multiple cloud technology hyperscalers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and related supporting infrastructure
  • Understanding of control inheritance models

**U.S. Person. Must be able to obtain a U.S Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position with the U.S. federal government or other clearances as deemed appropriate for the role.
