OSINT Analyst

We are looking for an OSINT Analyst to collect and analyse information from open sources not limited to; social media, public records, and traditional and non-traditional media to create reports and briefings for internal stakeholders.We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in corporate intelligence consulting to perform detailed research on specific areas, using advanced tools to extract actionable insights from data. The role also includes conducting due diligence on potential business ventures and assessing their viability and risks to aid strategic decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Collection and analysis of open-source intelligence (OSINT) from a variety of public sources not limited to news articles, social media posts, and public records
- Writing intelligence products such as reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Undertake detailed, multi-source research and analysis on designated topics or areas of interest
- Interrogate structured and unstructured data with in-house and premium tools to extract meaningful, actionable insights
- Conduct corporate due diligence exercises to evaluate the risks, opportunities, liabilities, and overall health of potential business ventures or partnerships.

- Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrable analytical and critical thinking skills. An ability to draw coherent conclusions from multiple sources of information
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of OSINT tools. Please highlight any public records aggregators, network analysis, or other relevant tools in your application
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, concise, and impactful intelligence products
- Research Skills: Advanced research skills, with the ability to conduct thorough multi-source investigations and maintain attention to detail in high-volume information environments.
Nice to have:
- Demonstrate, describe, or provide a link to an OSINT project you have completed
- Exposure to/Understanding of international financial regulation
- Interest/knowledge in trading and financial markets
- Familiarity with Python and/or any open-source data science libraries open-source
- OSINT tool development
