Intelligence Consultant (Public Sector)

As a Consultant on our Intelligence Services, Public Sector team, you will manage and implement all aspects of customer success activities with our federal, state, and local clients. You’ll be a problem-solving expert operating at the nexus between Recorded Future and its clients.

You’ll work closely with our clients to ensure they are effectively using our Security Intelligence data and services, and be instrumental in building operational programs to better support our customers throughout their journey.

What you'll do:

  • Be responsible for a portfolio of cross-industry federal, state, and local clients 
  • Manage the customer journey and maximize our value to our users
  • Execute our client engagement strategy to deliver positive outcomes for clients and power account renewals and upsell
  • Work closely across the Intelligence Services team and with adjacent teams — Onboarding, Training, Support, Operations — to construct and scale solutions that nurture our relationships with clients
  • Learn our platform, become fluent in cybersecurity topics, and build familiarity with the functional areas (SOC, IR, Vulnerability Management, GRC) where we deliver value
  • Identify and assess risk factors to accounts and orchestrate interventions
  • Regularly capture, analyze, and share the voice of the customer regarding their experience with Recorded Future

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of customer success management experience, preferably with a SaaS organization
  • 2+ years of Experience in an analytical position (intelligence, military, cyber, business operations, etc.)
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong program management abilities
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot challenging technical concerns
  • A positive, collaborative, and energetic style with a drive to make an impact
  • Enthusiasm for technology and for building a world-class security business
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bonus Points
    • Knowledge in use of Salesforce, Gainsight, G-Suite
    • Foreign language fluency
