Information Security Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Initiates, facilitates, and promotes activities to foster information security awareness within the organisation.
• Filling in Security assessment questionnaires required for customers pre-onboarding
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer queries related to information security and data privacy
• Open to work in shifts
• Conduct periodic Information Security and Business continuity awareness sessions
• Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
• Maintains detailed status for all activities in the area
• Maintain Stakeholder relationship
• Contribute to Support Documentation and Knowledge Base articles
• Other duties as may be assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and technology experience
• 2+ years of Relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Application infrastructure and fundamental approach to secure by design
• Exposure to Cloud Computing
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional security certification is a plus
• The ability to prioritize your workload and time management skills
• Solid team player
• Intermediate level of knowledge of networking technologies, internet working devices, and protocols
• Intermediate level knowledge of Firewall, VPN, IDS, and related network security design and implementation
