Security Compliance

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Information security policies and procedures to comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance and identify potential Information security gaps.
• Keep abreast of the latest Information Security regulations and trends, adapting our practices as necessary.
• Work closely with the Director, Information Security and other departments to ensure the effective implementation of the Information Security policies.
• Provide regular compliance reports to the management.

Risk Management

• Establish and oversee a risk management framework for identifying, assessing, and mitigating Information security risks.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure risk mitigation strategies are effectively integrated into business operations.

Security Awareness Training

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Information security awareness program.
• Regularly train employees on Information Security best practices and company security policies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the training program, updating it as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• Familiarity with information security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience in developing and conducting security awareness training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current information security threats and trends.
