The Security Information team at JFrog is  seeking an experienced Director of SecOps & CSIRT. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the Security Operations and Incident Response team to ensure the security of the company's information systems and data. This includes overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's Security Operations and Incident Response programs, as well as mentoring and managing team leads. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for implementing OKRs, Agile software development methodologies, automated incident response playbooks, and data protection.

As a Director of SecOps & CSIRT at JFrog you will…

• Lead the Security Operations and Incident Response team to provide full coverage for the detection, analysis, and resolution of security incidents
• Develop and maintain Cloud Security Operations, Monitoring and Incident Response policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's information systems and data
• Provide regular reports on Security Operations and Incident Response activities to the Chief Security Officer and other stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to the company's Security Operations and Incident Response team members to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with cloud engineering, IT, and IS compliance stakeholders, ensuring that the company's security objectives are met
• Oversee the development and delivery of training and professional development opportunities for team members
• Conduct regular security assessments of cloud infrastructure and data identifying and mitigating risks and vulnerabilities to meet industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements
• Implement OKRs and Agile software development methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Security Operations and Incident Response team

To be a Director of SecOps & CSIRT at JFrog you need...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Security, with a focus on Security Operations and Incident Response
• At least 5 years of experience managing and leading Security Operations and Incident Response teams
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud security engineering, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and applications
• Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and/or CRISC are highly desirable
• Proven experience in mentoring and managing team leads
• Experience presenting at public events
