The Cyber Security Product Specialist is responsible for leading a variety of engineering activities including the design and level three support of associated technology stacks in coordination with the Technology teams. The overall objective of this role is to lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework.

A Data Tokenization Specialist is focusing on strategy, engineering and delivery of core tokenization security products covering all of Citi’s enterprise environments.

In this role you will be responsible for providing engineering expertise and post deployment support for the domains technology stacks.

Responsibilities:

• Work as an engineering architecture specialist for Citi’s tokenization platform with shared responsibilities to facilitate cross regional support implementations
• Ongoing review of tokenization platforms to develop new platform feature offerings and roadmaps
• Share global engineering and level 3 support responsibilities to increase the availability of critical resources.
• Maintain and apply tokenization best practices
• Ensure tokenization tech stacks confirm to secure design principles applicable to Citi’s information security standards.
• Interface with peer engineering teams to ensure products meet all security standards, implement updates and solutions to remediate.
• Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group and in creating a technology domain road-map
• Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals
• Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements
• Recommend product customization for system integration
• Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes
• Exhibit knowledge of how own specialty area contributes to the business and apply knowledge of competitors, products and services
• Impact the engineering function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 6 + years of relevant experience in a Cyber Security engineering role
• Strong understanding of tokenization concepts and technologies fit for enterprise consumption
• Proven track record with data tokenization technology stacks and enterprise architectures
• Must be able to approach cyber security engineering concepts holistically ensuring that the "bigger picture" is addressed.
• Ability to take existing solutions and find opportunities for enhancements, opportunities for automation and risk reduction.
• Ability to take a set of business requirements and turn them into a viable business solution.
• Good understanding of Public Key Infrastructure related technologies.
• Knowledge of risk based technology approaches and their integration into enterprise ecosystems.    
• Proficiency in Python scripting language
• Sound security engineering principles to serve as background to understanding the working of the systems and controls that are in place
• Proficiency in platform security concepts, granular understanding of platform mechanics and platform interoperability
• Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
• Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
