Lead Engineer (Data engineer – III) JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for carrying out Bug Fixes on existing solutionApplication Design and RoadmapKnowledge Base creation and managementPerforming Data PatchingRecommending Service UpgradesBusiness Logic clarifications/Non run book based (including but not limited to analyzing existing reports and explaining calculations / transformations)Cost / Performance optimization of data pipeline / reports  Collaborate with customer and DataOps support team to solve issues and facilitate requests by using ITSM processesIdentify, suggest and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.Manage and Maintain analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.Setup tools to deploy and monitor the performance of the systems in production.REQUIREMENTSDemonstrate knowledge and real-world experience on Big data technologies. A successful history of handling performance issues, processing, extracting issues and fixing bugs.·       Experience managing and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets.·       We are looking for a candidate with 7 + years of experience in a Data Engineer role. They should also have experience using the following software/tools:o   Experience working on Azure data factory, Azure Synapse, Power Apps, Logic Apps.o   Experience with relational SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and reading, writing and deducing technical logics from stored procedureso   Experience on visualization tools such as PowerBI/Tableauo   Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Good Academic track record preferred.
