The ideal candidate for this role will have outstanding customer-facing relationship skills, enterprise sales experience, and the ability to communicate effectively and partner across multiple domains. The right individual will also possess the business acumen to ensure the successful creation of content to accelerate revenue growth at Coalfire. 

What You'll Do

  • Develop/Improve formal QBR process and templates
  • Assist Coalfire's account team and delivery leadership with driving meaningful metrics for each client through the proper scope and execution of Coalfire's services
  • Assist Coalfire's account team and delivery leadership with understanding and defining the right metrics to measure in each engagement
  • Assist with mapping Coalfire service outcomes against the client's top priorities, illustrating how Coalfire services help the client with executing business initiatives
  • Assist account team with impactful messaging and content demonstrating Coalfire's value to the client, in terms the technical and economic buyer would appreciate
  • Help the account team drive strategies to increase relevance with our client's leadership
  • Assist with the account planning process, driving methodologies, and participating in account planning workshops to ensure a plan is meaningful
  • Assist Sales with developing win themes and supporting proof points during RFP projects
  • Extend Support to Coalfire's Worldwide Head of Strategic Alliances by driving both business and technology initiatives with our partners
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the competitive landscape across Coalfire's core deliverables
  • Participate in pre-sales calls & presentations (both in-person and remote) with partners and prospects as required
  • Be proficient in responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and working with partners supporting client initiatives
  • Staying abreast of current industry technology, trends, and competition
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work well with multiple groups and be creative in obtaining information and solving problems
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team in fulfilling goals and responding to Requests for Information/Quote/Proposal (RFI/RFQ/RFP)
  • Recognize opportunities to increase deal size and speed up the sales cycle
  • Speak about technical subjects and deliver technical presentations to a wide array of audiences with both technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Translate cloud and security terms and knowledge to inexperienced prospects and partners
  • Assist with security solutions engineering/architecture leading into pricing exercises/calculation deliverables and developing Statements of Work

What You'll Bring

  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or partner alliances with enterprise accounts
  • 10+ years of experience, with a track record of achieving objectives and expanding relationships
  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills across an organization
  • High level of emotional intelligence for dealing with various personality dynamics for success
  • The ability to solve problems and remove obstacles diplomatically, with little supervision
  • Self-starter with a strong desire and ability to expand relationships and promote within the organization
  • Proven history of achieving KPIs such as quota attainment, revenue targets, and pipeline generation 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead relationship-building activities at all levels in an organization
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Comfort with presenting to large audiences
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and work experience

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $104,000 to $179,600 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
