Cyber Project Analyst
Location; Arlington, VA
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
Node is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel performs investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services.
Node is seeking a Cyber Project Analyst to support this critical customer mission.
Responsibilities:
- With no guidance, identifies program risks and develops mitigation plans
- Develops and maintains management reports, implementation schedules, and key performance parameters
- Provides input and assists with requirement definition, the scope of work definition, and scope management
- Participates in analysis activities, identifies actions and coordinates actions across the team
- Conducts requirements analysis, maintains a record of requirements, or portions thereof, being fulfilled by projects, and dependency on other efforts
- Designing, troubleshooting, and implementing software code for end-to-end software development
- With minimal guidance, assists the Federal program manager(s) with planning, initiating, monitoring, and closing out projects
- Develops and maintains relationships with program managers and the team leads
- Creates, maintains, updates, and reconciles tracking and analysis documentation, spreadsheets, and information on program status and schedules
- With minimal guidance, identifies program risks and develops mitigation plans
- Assists in identifying and prioritizing requirements
- Conducts analysis on general program performance and risks, researches discrepancies, and prepares management reports and briefings
- Maintains program files in accordance with knowledge management and records management policies
- Participates in the preparation and conduct of program reviews
Requirements
Required Skills:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability
- 2+ years of directly relevant experience in project management
- Ability to research, collect, organize, and interpret technical data and status related to projects and programs
- Knowledge of data and requirement gathering and business process analysis
- Ability to conduct analysis and monitoring program requirements, performance, schedule, and risk
- Must be able to work collaboratively across physical locations
- Experience with JIRA
Desired Skills:
- Experience with conducting project analysis on cyber operations programs
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline. [or 4-6 years of project management experience with a High School diploma]
Desired Certifications: - PMP
