Here at Gojek's Financial Services Platform, we strive to become a major player in the market, and we are looking for talents with a can-do attitude who have what it takes to make it happen! The role of Consumer Risk Project and Policy Manager requires a proactive, creative, logical, and well-structured individual to drive and deliver projects to completion, navigating through regulations, covering all aspects of risks, with sound judgment and mature decision-making process, with the ultimate goal of improving overall user experience.  You will be working together with various functions within Gojek's Financial Services Platform and across to sister companies, also various functions with expected regular interactions with senior managers.

What You Will Do

• Drive various risk management projects, which are closely related to Product, Data Management, Compliance, and Operations as well
• Provide clarity regarding risks involved in every process, design the ‘rule-of-the-games’ for others to follow, and formalise it as an approved policy
• Provide updates and logic to peers and senior leadership, and ensure sufficient control and oversight is in place
• Aid decision-makers with proposed solutions on any given problem, along with logical steps towards the solution
• Obtain approvals from various control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Infosec, Procurement, Ops, and Risk) to ensure projects run within standard procedures
• Support other risk functions by creating processes, infrastructure, and ensuring the supply of data to run

What You Will Need

• Strong skills and experience in project management
• Superior communication skills and high level of confidence to speak out, and influence decisions
• Have Logical and critical thinking processes to create new rules or challenge existing ones
• Good understanding of the financial services industry, and general knowledge of regulation and market practices
• Proactive attitude to obtain information within the company and the industry overall, to ensure we keep up with the latest trend
• Skilled in articulating concepts, processes, and policy on self-explanatory and detailed documents
