Cloud Security Engineer

Are you a skilled Cloud Security Engineer with experience in designing, implementing, and supporting security cloud controls, including process automation, solutions development, with a strong understanding of DevOps principles? Who you are: 

• A hands-on Cloud Security Engineer, with 5+ years of professional experience.
• DevSecOps Engineer: Responsible for seamless and effective integration of security with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• The go-to person when it comes to DevSecOps principles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into Terraform code for seamless and secure infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Having an understanding of Security frameworks like NIST and CIS.
• Possess a strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experienced deploying cloud solutions in Azure and/or AWS.
• Able to work as part of a high-performing, collaborative team with minimal supervision.

What you will do:

• Design, implement, and support cloud security controls in AWS and Azure environments.
• Collaborate with internal acquisition Cloud Security/Engineering teams to align security policies, IaC modules, and security guardrails, while demonstrating expertise in Identity and Access Management (IDAM) technologies like (SSO, MFA and AD) and best practices.
• Implement security testing in each SDLC phase across multiple pipelines.
• Create and maintain documentation.

It would be awesome if you have:

• Maintained and deployed cloud solutions in AWS.
• Experience Securing containerized applications and their runtime environments in cloud-based environments.
• CSPM and CWPP solutions like Prisma and Wiz.
• Automation experience with JSON, Python, and/or Terraform.
• Mentorship experience and the ability to guide junior team members on secure Cloud Ops design principles and IaC.
