Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET

Duties and Role:

This position is critical not only for technical reasons (ability to deliver training) but also for the day-to-day management of the Cyber Security section (course allocation, direction and guidance to instructors, review of student feedback after each iteration, quality management, etc). In addition, the holder of this position also double-hats as member of the Academy CIS Security Office in the role of COMSEC Officer.

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of instructors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with NATO/industry partners, students, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, with knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with the ability to develop and maintain a relevant and engaging curriculum.
• Experience working in an academic environment is preferred.
