We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Racker Experience Program Manager to join our global team. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall employee experience and driving engagement within our organization. This position is India-based and hybrid (primarily working from home, though support for in-office engagement activities will be required). Additionally, you will collaborate with other Racker Experience Program Managers across the globe and oversee key global programs, while also ensuring virtual engagement activities for employees across the APJ region are well-executed.Responsibilities:* Develop and Implement Racker Experience Initiatives: Collaborate with HR, management, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute various employee experience programs and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.* In-Office Engagement Support: When required, coordinate and support in-office employee engagement activities at Rackspace Technology’s Gurgaon office, ensuring they align with the organization’s engagement philosophy, values and objectives.* Global Program Management: Take ownership of specific global Racker Experience programs, from planning to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment.* Virtual Engagement for APJ Region: Facilitate virtual engagement activities for employees in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region, focusing on fostering connections and a sense of belonging among remote and distributed teams.* Data Analysis and Feedback: Collect feedback, conduct surveys, and analyze employee sentiment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the employee experience, making data-driven recommendations to enhance workplace satisfaction.* Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB): Collaborate with the DIB team to promote and support initiatives that foster equity, inclusion and belonging throughout the organization.* Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees seeking assistance with employee experience-related matters, providing guidance and solutions as needed.* Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with global employee experience program managers and stakeholders to share best practices, align strategies, and drive collective success.* Budget Management: Manage the budget for specific programs and activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.* Proven experience in employee experience, employee engagement, or HR program management roles.* Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.* Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to drive decision-making.* Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of diverse work environments, especially across the APJ region.* Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and remote team management.* Comfortable traveling to the Gurgaon office on occasion.This role offers a unique opportunity to impact the Racker Experience globally, while fostering strong engagement and connectivity in India and across the APJ region.
