About the RoleAs the Product Marketing for GoPayLater Cicil, you will be executing the marketing strategy and Go-to-market strategy for GoPayLater Cicil. Your main responsibility will be to plan and implement the campaign such as the communication strategy, communication channels, and promo strategy based on the given budget for each month.
What You Will Do
- Cascade the USP of GoPaylater Cicil into the communication & creative strategy by working together with the brand, copyright, and creative team
- Determine the key themes during seasonal campaign periods such as Ramadhan, Gojek/Tokopedia anniversaries, double dates at Q4 ‘23 so that the USP can be communicated effectively to the target segment and able to result in better conversion rates
- Create a strategy and planning of campaigns which will promote the business and generate genuine traffic in different channels (both offline and online)
- Create an effective promo to increase conversion rates for new users to initiate, for users to adopt and for existing users to continue to use the product
- Together with the Growth team, to find growth opportunities based on data driven approach and experimentation such as creating a segment to test different communication methods and offering promo based on propensity models
- Create engaging and informative contents for Internet Marketing, website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage to improve the conversion funnel particularly for the non active or dormant users, supported by branding, copywriter, and creative teams
- Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as agencies, Tokopedia, and internal stakeholders
- Further, the role will also have the responsibility of preparing and managing the monthly marketing (RPL) budget The role will be based in the Jakarta office
What You Will Need
- BS degree in Marketing Management, Business, or equivalent experience from reputable local universities and overseas universities
- At least 5 years of working experience in a marketing role or product marketing managing a digital business and budget of at least $ 1 million (Go-To-Market, marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, etc); preferably worked in reputable digital lending firms such as Kredivo, Adakami, Spaylater/Spinjam, Akulaku, HomeCredit, Indodana, but also open for those with experiences in retail such as Traveloka or Tiket.com
- Good project management skills to manage multiple projects; also can manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Have business acumen and can work with the growth and analytics team comfortably meaning should be comfortable with understanding data
- Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team
