Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer

Key Accountabilities:

• As Role holder, you will be providing technical support and problem diagnosis/resolution on customers managed infrastructure within the defined operating processes according to ISO 20000/ITIL
• You will liaise with (Internal, Vendor) support teams and with suppliers globally
• You will be producing operational and technical documentation, such as: work instructions, concepts, scripts
• Analyzing system requirements of architectures and complex distributed systems
• Producing operational and technical documentation, such as: work instructions, concepts, scripts
• As Role holder you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and transitioning managed IT solutions into support and providing in−life support
• Providing standby duty outside office hours         

Required Capabilities – Professional Skills

• Hands-on experience in administering O365 environment
• In-depth knowledge of MS Windows Server, MSSQL Server, MS Active Directory, MS SCOM
• Clear understanding of core Cloud Computing services and working on Azure is advantage
• Understanding the principles of the interaction of network services (DNS, DHCP, proxy, firewalls, subnetting etc.) is advantage

Desirable Capabilities:

• Strong experience in support of Microsoft Windows servers in Data Centre environment
• Experienced, fully competent in own area, can act as a key contributor in a more complex/critical environment
