Junior Compliance Analyst (remote opportunity, work anywhere)

We are seeking a compliance Analyst to be responsible for managing the overall corporate risk profile, assisting in policy development and risk register updates, supporting compliance audits and monitoring, and maintaining documentation of compliance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements. It will reporting to Compliance Officer.

As our Jr. Compliance Analyst you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Completing the risk assessments for assigned third-party relationships and gather due diligence documentation following the internal vendor risk assessment procedure (incl., KYC of our clients, Due Diligence of our critical vendors);
  • Managing the Enterprise-Wide Risk Register with the relevant Risk Owners and monitoring the implementation of the Remediation actions plan;
  • Contributing to internal audits to identify areas of compliance vulnerabilities and risks;
  • Managing the updating of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan and regular testing of its main scenarios;
  • Contributing to quarter compliance monitoring with the final report preparation;
  • Manage the AV/AM solution installation on the laptops/PCs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • A University Degree (Bachelor of Laws, Finance or higher).
  • Experience in compliance and legal is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of key compliance regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
  • Proficiency in developing, revising, and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments for the company's operations, products, and services.
  • Skills in performing compliance audits and monitoring to ensure policy adherence.
  • Competence in documenting compliance activities and incidents, and in preparing detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across various departments including legal, IT, product development, and customer support.
  • Analytical skills to understand and apply complex regulatory requirements to the company’s practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure thorough compliance with all regulations and internal policies.
