HR Data Analyst, People Operations

Whatever your preference - working from home, an office, or in between - you can choose the place that's best for your work and your lifestyle.Your future teamOur People Operations team is comprised of people with backgrounds in Program Management, HR Ops Quality, Soc & SOX compliance specialists.We're hiring a Data Analyst, People Operations, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. You are a Data Analyst with a background in Data Analytics & MIS reporting.

What you'll do

• Develop Tableau Dashboards for People Operations
• Redesign Existing Tableau Dashboards with a fresh UI. Hence, we prefer someone with Tableau Designer experience
• Create associate level productivity dashboards which should include all the work ops do
• Analyse data to ensure that trends are understood and highlighted to aid decision-making and to enhance service delivery
• Conduct ongoing (daily, weekly, ad hoc) root cause analysis of Service level agreement, staffing, and other relevant metric failures to lead process improvements within Operations
• Develop weekly, monthly reporting
• Develop Capacity Utilization Plans, BCP and build forecasting metrics for leadership
• Work with Data Engineering and BI teams to acquire structured data required for analysis
• Partner with different ops teams on auditing work and build improvements/automations, to reduce manual work

Your background

• Analytical story-teller with 4 to 6 years of experience in MIS reporting or Workforce Management style of work
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Atlassian Analytics and any other reporting tools
• Knowledge of Figma and any other designing tools would be a great addition
• Knowledge on Jira and Jira admin configuration
• Knowledge on Atlassian Analytics will be a great addition
• Proficient in SQL, R Language, forecasting methods, Microsoft excel (can write advanced macros), Google Sheets (build advanced automations using app integrations)
• Great to have Python experience to build custom tools
• Knowledge of Workato and ability to write custom automation scripts
