Finance & Accounting Senior Executive

·         Provide comptrollership functions and oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure;·         Implement cash controls, monitor spending and corrective actions as needed and instructed;·         Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Directors;·         Summarize the organization’s current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports;·         Manage payroll in order to ensure all staff are paid on a timely and accurate basis;·         Coordinate activities with auditor staff for the completion of statutory and donor requirements of organizational and project audits;·         Document financial transactions by entering account information;·         Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents;·         Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures;·         Perform other duties as assigned.About Rackspace TechnologyWe are the multicloud solutions experts.
