Reporting to the Senior Contracts and Compliance Counsel, the Compliance Specialist/Paralegal is responsible for assisting in the implementation and management of the Company’s global corporate compliance program.

  • Administer the Company’s anti-bribery and sanctions screening process
  • Serve as a key compliance contact to all levels of management and staff
  • Assist with implementing and updating corporate policies
  • Monitor, research, analyze, and evaluate changes in applicable law and their bearing on the Company’s business
  • Work with HR and other departments to create and administer compliance-related trainings to promote awareness of the Company’s policies
  • Liaise with the Company’s Security Compliance team
  • Assist with reviewing contractual language and compliance-related requests by customers, partners, vendors, and other parties
  • Assist with audits and risk assessments
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned


  • 2+ years experience with Refinitiv World Check or a competing sanctions and anti-corruption screening program
  • Substantive knowledge of sanctions and anti-corruption laws and regulations in the U.S.; other jurisdictions are a plus
  • Experience in monitoring compliance with annual testing requirements and company policies
  • Substantive knowledge of privacy laws and regulations
  • A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in compliance or a paralegal function
  • An ability to communicate orally and in writing to a wide variety of audiences both formally and informally
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • A strong internal customer focus with a desire to understand the business
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability focus on the task at hand and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Team-player with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
